- Space planning, including 2D-floor plans with room and furniture layout.
- Lighting adaptions, colour choices, window coverings, furniture, textiles, fixtures, finishes and accessories, all illustrated on Sample Boards for visualization.
- 3D renderings to show your project in close to real life.
- Preparatory plans that drafts people/architects base their technical drawings from. They prepare the technical drawings to adhere to building codes and secure municipal approval.
- Project oversight, coordinating with contractors and engineers/architects to align project realities with your vision and dream.
- Purchase of furniture, fixtures, lighting, window dressings, paint, wallpaper, bedding, pillows, flooring, tiles and accessories.
- Final decorating and accessorizing.
